We're Hiring Control Room Operators – Full-Time, Part-Time & Relief

Join Securecorp, one of Australia's leading providers of security and facility services. We've been protecting people, property, and reputations for over 20 years, and we're looking for alert, tech-savvy Control Room Operators to join our growing team in Sydney CBD and surrounding suburbs.

We have multiple positions available at corporate and retail control rooms. Whether you're after consistent full-time work, part-time shifts that suit your schedule, or flexible relief opportunities — we want to hear from you.

What's On Offer

  • Full-time and part-time roles across Sydney CBD and wider suburbs
  • Relief Officer contracts with a minimum of 2–4 shifts per fortnight
  • Award rates (Level 3–5) with loadings, overtime, and allowances
  • Additional Reliever Allowance: $45.09/week
  • First Aid Allowance: $7.33 per shift

Example Rates
  • Saturday: up to $44.69/hr
  • Sunday & OT: up to $59.58/hr
  • Public Holidays: up to $74.48/hr

Relief Officers will be trained across multiple sites, with rosters aimed at locations close to home where possible. You'll gain broad experience in different control room environments and set yourself up for long-term growth in the industry.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Monitoring CCTV systems, alarms, and access control systems
  • Responding to security incidents, emergencies, and duress activations
  • Dispatching patrols and coordinating with on-site teams
  • Accurately recording events and producing detailed incident reports
  • Communicating clearly with clients, emergency services, and team members

What You'll Need
  • A current NSW Security Licence (Monitoring or Control Room functions)
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer literacy and confidence using monitoring software
