Dare is seeking a skilled and experienced legal professional to join their team as a part-time Legal Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to operate at a high level in a high-performing investment firm, while enjoying genuine flexibility and work-life balance.
- Support with fund and deal execution
- Compliance management under the firm's AFSL
- Trustee entity setup and ongoing management
- Drafting and reviewing investment agreements, NDAs, fund documentation and other legal contracts
- Compliance committee involvement and portfolio company support
- Oversight of policy updates and external-facing documentation.
We're looking for a commercially focused and pragmatic lawyer who brings:
- 4+ years' post-admission experience
- A solid understanding of the Australian financial services regulatory environment
- General corporate/commercial transaction and advisory experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills and sound commercial judgment
- Rare part-time opportunity (3 days per week) with hybrid flexibility
- Broad, high-impact role in a leading private equity firm
- Exposure to both legal and commercial aspects of the investment lifecycle
- Collegiate culture and strong leadership team - great people
