  • Managing weekly payroll and timesheets via ShiftCare
  • Handling NDIS invoicing, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping
  • Building and maintaining financial systems: budgets, P&L, cashflow reports
  • Partnering with leadership to drive smart financial strategy and improve internal systems
What We're Looking For
  • 2–3 years' experience in Bookkeeping, finance or accounting (NDIS/healthcare experience highly regarded)
  • Experience with Xero, MYOB, and ShiftCare
  • Strong attention to systems, accuracy, and visibility
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
