The Role: Group Executive General Manager - Interior Design

As the Group Executive General Manager – Interior Design, you will be at the forefront of Crown's revitalisation, breathing new life into our venues and redefining the luxury experience for a new generation of guests.

Working at the intersection of creativity, innovation, and strategy, you will lead a team of top-tier designers and consultants to elevate Crown's aesthetic identity – delivering interiors that exude sophistication, warmth, and contemporary elegance.

This opportunity allows you to shape the next chapter of Crown, ensuring our properties are not just visually stunning but also immersive, engaging, and unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creative transformation of Crown's interiors, spearheading a fresh design philosophy that reflects our commitment to excellence and renewal.
  • Oversee the reimagination of key spaces, from gaming floors to premium dining venues, luxury hotels, and entertainment precincts – setting new standards in hospitality design.
  • Direct and refine third-party tenancy designs, ensuring every space aligns with Crown's refreshed brand vision and premium guest experience.
  • Drive innovation by exploring cutting-edge design trends, sustainable materials, and emerging technologies to enhance both aesthetics and functionality.
  • Provide hands-on design direction, including shop drawings, material selection, prototyping, and FF&E approvals to ensure seamless execution.
  • Balance vision and pragmatism, ensuring every design decision aligns with operational goals, guest comfort, and budget parameters.
What We're Looking For:
  • A transformative design leader with a degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in large-scale, high-end interior design, particularly within the luxury hospitality, gaming, or entertainment industries.
  • A strategic and creative thinker with a proven track record of delivering exceptional, brand-defining interiors.
  • Deep industry knowledge of contemporary materials, finishes, and trends, with the ability to present and execute bold new design concepts.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing, inspiring, and driving a culture of design excellence.
