Soul Origin Canberra Outlet is currently seeking BARISTAS to join the team. If you have a passion for coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy engaging with customers, this role is for you. As a Soul Origin Barista, you'll have access to the highest quality Specialty Coffee and work with the best brewing equipment to create our coffee beverages.

• Serving our Soul Origin customers.
• Preparing and serving hot/cold beverages.
• Ensuring the coffee utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised regularly.

• A minimum of 12 months hospitality/QSR experience
• Barista experience is required
• A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers
• Ability to work as a team – when you're not making delicious coffee, you'll be completing general duties such as serving salads and soups
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
• An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• An understanding of Specialty Coffee will be highly regarded
