We're on the lookout for a Sales Representative Specialist to join their Blaxland team. In this role, you'll be the trusted advisor who helps customers every step of the way from first enquiry to final handover.

Every day you'll:

• Be the Expert: Guide customers on product options, design potential, and council consent processes
• Build Trust: Create long-term relationships through consultative, solution-based selling
• Drive Growth: Respond to warm inbound enquiries and generate new leads
• Deliver Excellence: Conduct virtual tours, prepare proposals, and close with confidence
• Collaborate: Work closely with our design, logistics, and sales teams to ensure a seamless experience

• 2+ years' sales experience in residential building, granny flats, or modular housing
• Knowledge of council planning, consent, and approvals
• Confidence in working with builders, tradespeople, and homeowners
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-driven personality
• Strong communication and CRM skills with attention to detail

• Previous experience in new builds, granny flats, or council industries is highly desirable
