Despatch Manager required in Clayton, VIC

Permanent role

We have partnered with an established wholesale company servicing Australian businesses. 

This role is based in Clayton and is primarily focused on:
  • Coordinating and organising daily dispatch activities, including assigning tasks to team members and ensuring work is completed on time and efficiently;
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and job satisfaction
  • Maintain open communication with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to effectively manage dispatch operations
  • Strong sense of WH&S in a warehousing environment

Must Have
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in warehousing
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent management and organisational skills
