  • Working with business partners to identify and refine use cases. 
  • Identifying, determining, and shaping data use cases 
  • Determining appropriate analytical, statistical, or machine learning approaches to create value. 
  • Clean, transform, and prepare large datasets for analysis
  • Develop and implement machine learning models to solve specific business problems (e.g., classification, regression, recommendation systems)
  • Evaluate and interpret model results, identify key insights, and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Performing analysis and creating prototypes 
  • Communicating and influencing outcomes based on data. 
  • Providing requirements to, and partnering with, technology/data engineering teams to productionise data prototypes 
 Key Skills & Experience:
  • 3 -5 years of working experience in the Data Science space in a fast-paced environment and complex business setting. 
  • Interpreting, telling stories, and creating value with data.
  • Curious and business outcome-focused with an ability to quickly understand a business problem and work out how to solve it.
  • knowledge of Data Science principles and experience with data science methodologies. 
  • Comfortable working across a wide range of data sets and systems. 
  • Proven experience with data wrangling, analysis, and visualization using Python or R (including libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
  • Hand-on experience in Data Visualisation using Tableau/ Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and advanced machine learning methods.
  • Work with business users and clients' technical teams in defining the requirements and technical specifications for data transfer, ingestion, and transformation.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task to meet critical deadlines in a rapidly changing environment. 
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to be able to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
 Educational Qualification: Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, IT, Data Science
