--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Long DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery with hydraulic and manual controls.
  • Perform pre-start checks and prepare equipment and machinery.
  • Select and fit appropriate attachments for each job, such as blades, buckets, or scoops.
  • Dig and excavate soil, rock, dirt, and other materials.
  • Transfer excavated materials and load them onto dump trucks.
  • Consult with on-site building or construction professionals regarding job requirements.

Essential Experience and Skills:
  • Previous experience in pricing demolition, excavation, and civil works.
  • Working knowledge of WHS.
  • Understanding of project components, including drawings, specifications, and contract models.
  • Ability to assist in understanding estimates and delivering cost-effective projects.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant certificate.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 5-10 years of experience.
  • Polite, alert, and positive demeanour.
  • Demonstrated capabilities and a proactive attitude.

Working Hours:
  • 6:30 AM - 3:15 PM daily, with overtime available.

Remuneration:
  • $55-$60 per hour.
