As we expand our operations in Australia, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager/Assistant to support our team.

Role Overview: We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Manager/Assistant to oversee daily administrative operations. Your role will ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment and provide essential administrative support to various departments. This position involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with office logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipts.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
  • Prepare and distribute communications, memos, and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for meetings.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, and external partners.
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Assist in the organisation of office events and other special projects as needed.
  • Uphold a positive and professional office environment.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Office Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
  • Australian native; must have the right to work in Australia (the company does not offer visa sponsorship).
