Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Property Manager to join our team. This is a mobile position primarily covering the Gold Coast and Moreton Bay areas, principally in regional SEQ areas with various property investors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction. Direct supervision and reporting will be mainly conducted through online communications including phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of 115 properties across the Gold Coast (43 properties) and Moreton Bay (72 properties). This may grow.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Liaise with property owners, tenants, and contractors to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, including rent collection and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of property management laws and regulations in Queensland.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the Gold Coast and Moreton Bay areas.
