Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. You will play a critical role in analysing complex datasets, building predictive models, and driving data-driven decisions across the organisation. This position also offers the opportunity to explore and apply generative AI techniques to drive creativity and efficiency in our workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources.
  • Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and data visualisations to provide actionable insights.
  • Explore and implement generative AI models for tasks such as synthetic data generation and process automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and recommend data-driven and AI-powered solutions.
  • Build and deploy scalable data pipelines and maintain model performance in production.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and machine learning frameworks.
  • Familiarity with generative AI models and techniques, or a keen interest in learning and applying them.
  • Knowledge of database technologies and query languages (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical insights into business outcomes.
  • Experience working with big data technologies
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP), and generative AI applications.
  • Degree in data science or related fields.
