About the Role:

As a Group Casual, you'll work across all three brands including Sussan and Suzanne Grae. You will drive store success through excellent customer service and a passion for selling. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoy interacting with people, and have a flexible, team-oriented approach.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and fitting room assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Driving sales by achieving daily and team targets through effective customer interactions.
  • Assisting in stock maintenance, replenishment, and supporting visual merchandising to keep the store visually appealing.
