Customer Solutions Advisor - Part time - Joondalup, Vodafone Heathridge, Western Australia, Australia

Join Vodafone to help customers connect with technology and value. This role focuses on delivering great service, practical solutions, and guidance on using Vodafone products and apps.

What You'll Be Doing
  • You'll be a customer champion, discovering what customers want and helping them use technology in daily life.
  • Provide the best value solutions to fit customers' lifestyles and troubleshoot technical queries, including helping customers confidently use the Vodafone app.
Who Are We Looking For

You bring energy and enthusiasm to every customer interaction. You're an excellent communicator, adaptable, and excited about technology. A positive attitude, attentiveness, and genuine interest in our products will help you fit with the team.

Schedule and Location

Join to work a minimum of 15.25 hours over at least 3 shifts. Roles available across multiple locations; we service customers 7 days a week with flexibility for additional shifts when available.
