Join TOMRA as a Recycling Centre Attendant (Looper) where you will be part of a team dedicated to environmental good and customer service at our recycling centres. You will help deliver excellent experience to customers, keep the centre clean and safe, and ensure machines and sorting equipment operate as intended. You will also support the TOMRA brand as the face of TOMRA in Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a great customer experience at the recycling centre.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, efficient, and professional environment for customers and team members.
  • Carry out regular cleaning and maintenance of reverse vending machines and sorting equipment.
  • Ensure sorting equipment runs efficiently by removing and replacing collection bins as they fill.
  • Monitor the recycling centre for hazards and report concerns as they arise.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required by management.
Qualifications
  • Passion for recycling and the environment.
  • Attention to detail and motivation to maintain a clean work environment.
  • Safety conscious; committed to returning home safely.
  • Experience in face-to-face customer service.
  • Physically fit; some manual lifting required.
