Werribee Mercy Hospital Perioperative Surgical Services comprises six theatres, 12 PACU bays, four rapid access hub theatres, a large day surgery unit, a large CSSD and two surgical wards.

We are looking for a full time Floor Coordinator / Associate Nurse Unit Manager working 10 hour shifts four days a week. The role of the Floor Coordinator / ANUM is to oversee the daily running of the perioperative unit including staff allocation and direction, patient care coordination through sharing of information with key stakeholders and monitoring efficiencies within the unit. The successful person will be able to multitask and work well within limited timeframes. You will need to be able to motivate a team to achieve common goals and work in a collaborative environment. You will be a leader and resource person having sound knowledge of anaesthetic and scrub scout principles as well as PACU skills. You will be aware of the importance of the NSQHS standards and abide by hospital policies and procedures.

A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
