Exciting opportunity for a Part- Time Food and Beverage Supervisor at Sunshine Coast University Hospital. Seeking candidates with retail F&B background, supervisory experience, and food safety knowledge. Management experience in high street cafes preferred. Fast-paced role requiring initiative and adaptability.

To Excel In This Role, You'll Need To
  • Supervise Food and Beverage operations for profitability.
  • Manage diverse team in a busy environment.
  • Handle financial management and cash.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure food safety compliance and quality menus.
  • Train staff on safety procedures and reduce wastage.
  • Maintain high customer service standards.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.

And To Really Excel In This Role You Will
  • Proven track record in Food and Beverage supervision.
  • Strong supervisory skills in high-volume settings.
  • Financial management proficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Passion for quality food and service.
