As an Optometrist at Luxottica, you will work with cutting-edge technology such as Retinal Camera, Visual Field Analyzer, Non-contact Tonometer, and OCT. Your role involves understanding customers' lifestyles to recommend appropriate eye care solutions and providing exceptional, tailored customer service.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Perform comprehensive eye examinations across a diverse customer base, including children, contact lens wearers, and therapeutic cases.
  2. Confidently recommend lens solutions based on customer lifestyles.
  3. Explain lens technology features and benefits, including coatings and extras.
  4. Coach and mentor Graduate Optometrists in technology usage and recommendations.
  5. Collaborate with Store Managers and Senior Optometrists to maximize eyecare revenue, technology use, and Medicare billing efficiency.
