About the Opportunity

Join a purpose-driven team supporting individuals on their recovery and return-to-work journey through a client-centered approach that prioritizes health and well-being.

In this role, you'll manage a diverse caseload including Workers Compensation (NSW & ACT), CTP, and WHS assessments. A key focus will be on psychological injury claims, supporting professionals such as teachers, school leaders and support staff.

We're looking for experienced Psychologists or Rehabilitation Counsellors who understand the complexities of working within public service environments and the unique return-to-work challenges they present. While experience in this space is ideal, we offer internal training and ongoing support to help you thrive.

This role suits someone who can build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while delivering quality outcomes through care and collaboration.

About You

We're looking for like-minded professionals who care deeply about people and outcomes. You'll bring:

  • A university degree in Rehab Counselling or Psychology
  • AHPRA or ASORC accreditation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Full driver's licence and access to a car (if occasional travel is required)
  • A great sense of humour and a positive attitude
