Job Description

Job Description: As a Buyer's Agent Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing our new lead customer pipeline and delivering the Aussie Homes - Buyer's Agent value proposition. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Lead Management: Qualify leads based on their readiness to engage a Buyer's Agent, ensuring they have a loan approval in principle (AIP) or high approval confidence and the necessary deposit size.
  2. Service Alignment: Match customers with the appropriate service offering and the right Buyer's Agent to meet their needs.
  3. Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings with Aussie mortgage brokers for customers who do not yet have an AIP.
  4. Contract Management: Submit Customer Contracts through DocuSign for Buyer's Agent engagements.
  5. Payment Processing: Handle the initial service fee submission through STRIPE.
  6. Consultation Coordination: Set up initial consultation appointments between the Buyer's Agent and the customer(s), establishing the main channel of communication.
  7. Buyer's Brief Activation: Activate the Buyer's Brief on mobile for customers to log in and complete before their initial consultation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Property experience is advantageous.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping people find their dream homes.
