PERSOL have teamed up with an industry leader in commercial developments, construction, property maintenance and repair services, servicing a diverse range of government and private sector projects.

Due to rapid growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced and skilled Project Manager on a permanent basis.

About the Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be fully responsible for managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Projects you will oversee are in the Perth area and include local and state government works, private warehouses and sporting complexes + amenities.

You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring all work complies with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards - while delivering on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with HSEQ policies and safety standards on site.
  • Plan, lead, and coordinate all phases of project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and progress reporting.
  • Oversee procurement, contract administration, and subcontractor engagement.
  • Schedule and coordinate trades, materials, and site logistics.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Promote a positive and productive team culture aligned with company values.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project and construction management.
  • Trade background with a Certificate IV in Building & Construction or Project Management (essential).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, site safety, and OH&S standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project; experience with Procore is highly desirable.
  • A hands-on approach with practical site-based construction knowledge.
