About Your New Role

As a Fleet Mechanic, you'll have the opportunity to apply your expertise in maintaining and repairing a diverse range of heavy vehicles, trucks, plant machinery and other essential equipment. This is a hands-on role where your skills and knowledge gained through aFleet Mechanical Technology or related trade will be put to the test.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about their trade and have the following skills and qualifications:

• Certificate III in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or an equivalent trade qualification)
• Experience with a variety of heavy vehicles and plant machinery (highly advantageous)
• TMR Approved Examiner of 2nd Hand Vehicles (highly advantageous)
• Experience using Computerise Maintenance Management Systems such as SAP
• A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A responsible attitude towards timekeeping, work organisation and quality control
