As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. About Goodstart New Lambton:
- Small 44-place centre, with a close-knit team of passionate educators
- Led by an experienced and supportive centre director with 18+ years' experience
- Strong focus on community engagement and developing trusting relationships with families
- Has three outdoor learning spaces to cater to children ages 0 to 6 years old
- A short walk from local shops, schools, and parks – plenty of day trips to be had
- Plenty of ongoing training and development opportunities available within the team

You'll need:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
