About Pilates Pavilion

Pilates Pavilion is a modern, welcoming studio offering Reformer and Hot Mat Pilates in a calm, purposefully designed space. Our focus is on intelligent movement, strength, and creating an inclusive environment that supports all levels. The studio features a tea lounge, communal areas, and a Montessori-inspired crèche to support members with young children.

We're committed to delivering high-quality classes in a space that feels warm and approachable, free from ego or intimidation.

About The Role

We're seeking a certified Reformer & Hot Mat Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. You'll deliver group classes with a focus on safe, effective movement while helping to uphold our supportive studio environment.

What We're Looking For
  • A genuine passion for Pilates and movement
  • Certification in Reformer and Mat Pilates (experience in heated environments is a plus)
  • A positive, reliable, and professional attitude
  • An inclusive, friendly teaching style that supports clients of all backgrounds
  • A strong team player who values collaboration and community
  • Availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekends preferred
  • A clear understanding on Classical and Contemporary Pilates, and the ability to teach both, or a mixture of both, to suit class types.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach high-quality Reformer and Hot Mat Pilates classes
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive space for all members
  • Support the studio team in maintaining a calm, professional atmosphere
  • Arrive prepared, punctual, and present for each class

Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 15 per week
