Applications are invited from suitably experienced Teachers or Graduate Teachers for a fixed-term position, with the possibility of ongoing - to join our school as a Middle Years Teacher to commence at the beginning of 2026. The role is for 3 days per week Monday through to Wednesday.

The successful applicants will:
- actively participate in St. Patrick's Professional Learning Community and work closely with colleagues
- display a sound understanding of evidence based Literacy programs and contemporary teaching approaches to Mathematics
- demonstrate knowledge about explicit teaching and structured literacy
- monitor and assess learners using data to plan for future success
- understand how learners learn and how best to meet their needs
- foster a safe and challenging learning environment that truly makes a difference for each student

Application Procedures
- Applicants are invited to tour St. Patrick's or conduct a phone conversation with the principal prior to submitting application for employment
- Written applications on the attached enrolment application should be accompanied by a one page letter of application and a current CV that includes the names of at least 3 referees.
- All applicants will receive an email confirming receipt of their application for employment
- Successful applicants matching the criteria will be invited to an interview with panel in the fortnight following closing date
- The successful applicants for the position will be invited to participate in a school based Orientation Program prior to the conclusion of the 2025 school year
