About the role :

Some of your duties as the advanced trainee may involve :

  • Providing clinical services of the highest possible standard to clinical pharmacology patients of SALHN, both in terms of individual performance and by contributing to a multi-disciplinary approach to the delivery of patient care.
  • Active involvement in teaching medical students and junior medical staff.
  • Conducting research where required.

About you :

Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.Registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with General Registration.FRACP part 1 exam.Ability to undertake training in and participate in quality use of medicines activities.Ability to undertake training in and participate in activities determining policies relating to the use of medicines.Ability to undertake training in and contribute effectively to medical education at medical undergraduate and postgraduate levels.Ability to undertake training in and contribute to clinical research.Able to work both in a team environment and independently under supervision.
