The Opportunity

As a Credit Manager, you will collaborate closely with our Principal Broker, Loan Processors, and Settlement Officers to ensure seamless progression of all deals and high customer satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in adding value throughout the client journey, particularly during the credit proposal phase. Here, you will leverage your lending expertise to present tailored lending options to our clients, guiding them toward the best financial solutions.

You are a dedicated, driven, and autonomous worker with proven success in the financial services field.

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate the following skills and attributes;

  • 3+ years experience in lending across Broking/Banking.
  • Solid understanding of bank credit policies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Mandarin Speaking is Desirable.
