• Fixed Term - 12 months
• 56 hours per fortnight (7 days per fortnight)
• Working across Stanhope and Kyabram sites
• Pay rate: HS1

Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS) is a medium-sized rural health service that delivers a range of programs and services including acute, subacute, residential aged care and allied and primary health care services. About The Role

The Client Services Department is the central point of access, supporting Allied health, Theatre and Day Surgery at Kyabram and all internal and external services at the Stanhope Health site. As the initial contact for many entering our Health Service, the Client Services Unit will provide the "Image" of what Kyabram health stands for and our values of Caring, Inclusive, Versatile, Accountable and Collaborative.

If you are highly motivated, adaptable, and have a positive, friendly mindset, then you will do well in this role.

About You

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with a commitment to customer service.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing time effectively to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision and show high levels of initiative while understanding limitations to Scope of Practice.
• Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office products and the ability to work with multiple software programs.
• Ability to maintain strict information privacy and confidentiality.
• High-level communication and interpersonal skills that support positive relationships.
• Ability to support and facilitate ease of access to services for clients/patients regardless of age, culture, or ability.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in i.Patient Management System (IPM)
• Experience in Oracle Financial Management Information System.
• Experience in Regional Community Platform (RCP)
