Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to the GYG recipe guide and quality standards.
  • Work with fresh ingredients and maintain cleanliness and food safety practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
  • Follow portion control and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
