Job Title: Finance Manager

An esteemed ASX listed infrastructure specialist, this high profile manager oversees a great asset base with a growth remit in place and an ambitious strategy. Headed up by one of Australia's leading investment experts, they have an impressive finance team in place and provide an exciting environment for any ambitious accountant.

Key Objectives:
  • Preparation of consolidated monthly reports and variance analysis.
  • Budgeting and forecasting to drive informed business decisions.
  • Preparation of consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Board reporting, providing key insights to stakeholders.
  • Monthly NAV reporting, maintaining transparency and visibility.
  • Tax compliance in conjunction with the group tax team, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Risk management and internal controls, safeguarding assets and operations.
  • Development of new processes and procedures, as well as reporting frameworks, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

To succeed in this role, you will be a CA/CPA qualified professional with 7+ years of relevant experience ideally in Funds Management/Financial Services/Property at either Senior Accountant or Finance Manager level. Strong technical accounting skills, experience in preparing consolidated financial statements, ability to manage senior stakeholders, and excellent commercial acumen are essential.
