Only About Children Elsternwick is currently seeking experienced Cert III and Diploma qualified Educators to join our passionate and supportive team in a permanent full-time Educator role. If you're a confident educator who loves working with children, enjoys being part of a collaborative team, and is ready to make a real impact we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or actively working toward it)
  • Previous experience in an early learning or long day care setting
  • A confident, caring approach with a strong focus on relationships
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support your team
  • A strong understanding of child safety and wellbeing
Compensation & Benefits

Worker Retention Payment: our application for the Worker Retention Payment has been approved. Our team members will receive an additional 10% on top of the award rate, plus an extra 5% from December 2025, funded by the Australian Federal Government until 30 November 2026.
