The Role

As the first point of contact for our highly valued clients, you will be immaculately presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills, be motivated, driven, and have a can-do attitude. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and proactive individual looking to gain valuable experience and build on your administrative skills. A typical day may include:

  1. Client Reception & Meeting Support
    • Prepare meeting rooms for client appointments
    • Greet clients and offer refreshments
    • Ensure meeting rooms are cleaned and reset after meetings
  2. Office Administration
    • Monitor and replenish stationery as needed
    • Monitor and proactively restock kitchen supplies weekly
    • Assist the Office Manager with event catering and preparation
    • Answer incoming calls and direct them as required
    • Monitor the shared mailbox and respond to inquiries
    • Prepare and send outgoing mail daily

No previous experience is necessary, but we want you to be excited about the learning opportunities ahead of you.
