The RoleAs the first point of contact for our highly valued clients, you will be immaculately presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills, be motivated, driven, and have a can-do attitude. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and proactive individual looking to gain valuable experience and build on your administrative skills. A typical day may include:
- Client Reception & Meeting Support
- Prepare meeting rooms for client appointments
- Greet clients and offer refreshments
- Ensure meeting rooms are cleaned and reset after meetings
- Office Administration
- Monitor and replenish stationery as needed
- Monitor and proactively restock kitchen supplies weekly
- Assist the Office Manager with event catering and preparation
- Answer incoming calls and direct them as required
- Monitor the shared mailbox and respond to inquiries
- Prepare and send outgoing mail daily
No previous experience is necessary, but we want you to be excited about the learning opportunities ahead of you.
