Drive business growth and foster client relationships as a Graduate Sales Engineer at Trane Technologies, focusing on HVAC systems.

Your role

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and managing customer inquiries.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Trane Australia's HVAC products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions.
  • Work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers for seamless project execution.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and technical knowledge.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns.
  • Travel to client sites for meetings, site assessments, and consultations.
About you

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Australian working visa.
  • Driving license.
