Senior Tax & Business Services Accountant

We're recruiting on behalf of a high-calibre Perth firm with national and international affiliations. They're known for their strong client relationships, commitment to developing their people, and for providing a genuinely positive, flexible work environment. If you're a driven Intermediate Accountant or just starting as a Senior Accountant in Business Advisory looking to take that next step, this is your opportunity.

Your new role

You'll work directly with business owners and key stakeholders, providing real value and advice they can trust. You'll be solving real-world business problems, guiding financial decisions, and mentoring junior staff. Your duties will include:

Provide management accounting services (budgets, forecasts, financial analysis)

Offer practical business solutions and tax strategies

Deliver accurate financial reporting and treasury support

Identify opportunities to improve client performance and profitability

Mentor and support junior team members

What we're looking for

You'll thrive here if you're commercially minded, confident with clients, and committed to doing quality work that makes a difference. We're looking for someone with:

4 years + in public practice

CA or CPA completed (or well underway)

Strong communication skills with a genuine ability to connect with clients

End-to-end accounting experience and confidence working autonomously

A proactive mindset, pride in your work, and real career drive
