The Opportunity

As Business & Systems Analyst, you'll manage operational data across the investment portfolio, leading governance, quality, and compliance efforts. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights, support system processes, and drive continuous improvement in data strategy and efficiency.



Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data governance frameworks to support investment management.
  • Oversee operational data activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver insights, and influence performance.
  • Conduct business analysis and support documentation, testing, and training efforts.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements and project support.


About You

You're a detail-oriented analyst with a passion for data governance and process improvement. With strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, you thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy translating complex data into actionable insights.



You bring
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in business, IT, or data analytics.
  • At least 2 years' experience in analytical and reporting-focused roles.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong skills in business analysis, data management, and reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI).
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Confidence in working across teams to influence outcomes and drive performance.
