The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our growing Parts Team based in Acacia Ridge. In this busy and varied role, you will be part of a team that is responsible for handling parts enquiries from customers and internal technicians.

- Monday to Friday schedule, with flexibility to work extended hours when required
- Receive all customer parts enquiries, identify the correct parts and check stock availability
- Monitor and respond to parts email enquiries providing regular updates to internal and external customers
- Order and receipt stock in an accurate and efficient manner
- 2+ years' experience within a Parts Interpreter position
- Knowledge of mechanical or automotive parts
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience operating a parts software system and intermediate Microsoft suite skills
