The role:

We are seeking motivated school leavers and graduates to join our Non-Destructive Testing Traineeship Program in 2025. You will gain practical field experience in NDT methodologies while studying Engineering at Certificate or Advanced Diploma levels.

Successful trainees who complete the Certificate III and meet the required standards will have the opportunity to pursue an Advanced Diploma of Engineering (Mechanical) and advanced NDT qualifications, enabling you to work independently as an NDT Technician within our organization.

All training and qualification expenses are fully funded by Bureau Veritas.

What's needed?

Ideally, you will have:

  • Completed Year 12 with passes in Maths, English, and Science; OR
  • Started a mechanical trade certification;
  • Mechanical aptitude or interest in how mechanical things work;
  • The ability to pass a mathematical aptitude test;
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
