About the Role
This position seeks an Inclusion Teacher who will :
- Provide targeted learning support in literacy and numeracy for students across P-12.
- Work with students with and without disability, alongside school teams, to improve student outcomes across the College.
- Support inclusion by building positive relationships with families and providing a single point of contact for students and stakeholders in their education and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, curriculum leads, and specialist staff to plan and implement differentiation, reasonable adjustments, and accessible assessment.
- Coordinate and review individual student plans, support provisions, and health and safety plans, while leading discussions on ICPs and involving relevant stakeholders.
- Coach and support teachers in evidence-based practices to improve student outcomes across all learning areas.
- Lead the effective management of NCCD processes and student data.
