About the RoleReporting to the General Manager, Client Relations & Business Development, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and managing our performance reporting framework, turning data into actionable insights, and partnering with both internal teams and clients to drive operational excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities- Designing and evolving reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Analysing operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Creating client-facing reports that clearly demonstrate results and improvement initiatives
- Supporting continuous improvement projects and change management
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reporting meets business needs and drives value
- Leveraging BI tools, automation, and data visualisation to streamline reporting processes
We're looking for someone who thrives on turning complex data into meaningful stories that drive action. You'll bring:
- Proven experience in data analytics, performance reporting, or a similar role
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation
- Experience developing KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement
