To be eligible, you must hold or be in the final year of an Engineering degree, ideally with a focus in Electrical Engineering, and have full working rights in Australia.

Your role
As a Graduate at ADP Consulting, you'll be part of a national graduate cohort and receive hands-on training from day one. You will contribute to meaningful, sustainability-led projects while being supported by industry mentors and technical experts in your field, i.e. Electrical Engineering.

Your experience will include:

• Working on real projects with support from experienced engineers and leaders
• Participating in monthly national graduate learning sessions (e.g., ESG in Consulting, Personal Branding, and Saying Yes to Opportunities)
• Engaging with clients, architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful designs

About You
You're a soon-to-be or recent Graduate in Electrical Engineering who is enthusiastic, curious, and ready to contribute to a better built environment. You bring a growth mindset and a passion for collaborative problem-solving. You're also:
