Platypus Shoes is a part of the Accent Group, which is the largest footwear group with over 750+ stores, 35 brands, and 40 online platforms including Platypus, Skechers, Hype DC, Vans, Dr. Martens, Subtype, The Athletes Foot, CAT, Merrell, The Trybe, Pivot, Timberland, Stylerunner, Nude Lucy, Glue Store, Herschel, and Saucony.

The Role:

We are looking for passionate and driven retailers to join our team. You will support the Management team in driving sales, operational excellence, and play an integral part in the store's success.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  1. A commitment to provide exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experience
  2. A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  3. The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  4. Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets
  5. Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
  6. Full availability on late night trade and weekends & Monday to Wednesday day availability
  7. Demonstrated customer service experience
