WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As our Digital and Data Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our digital efforts, combining your expertise in SEO with hands-on implementation skills. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic growth for our clients, while also spearheading the technical implementation of these strategies.

You'll work closely with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and liaison, understanding their unique needs and goals, and translating them into actionable SEO plans. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner will be crucial in building strong client relationships.

In addition to your SEO responsibilities, you'll leverage your heavy data skills to create insightful dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights into campaign performance and ROI. You'll also be responsible for CRM integration and API integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between our systems and platforms to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Your day-to-day tasks will vary, from conducting in-depth SEO audits and keyword research to implementing technical SEO fixes and monitoring website performance. You'll also be hands-on in setting up and maintaining CRM systems, integrating third-party APIs, and developing custom solutions to meet specific client needs.

YOU WILL NEED...
  • Ideally 3+ years' experience in SEO
  • Ideally 3+ years' experience in data analytics and visualisation
  • Experience across CRM integrations - API Integrations
  • Experience in account management and client communications
  • The ability to explain SEO and influence the relevant stakeholder - this requires the use of no jargon and turning complex technical matters into simplified terminology
  • Skills in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO and Local SEO
  • Experience making innovative strategies from data
  • To be up to date with current changes across Google and other search engines
  • Agency Experience
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power Bi etc
IT'S NICE TO HAVE...
  • Experience within a consultant environment
  • Prior experience in the property, retail and commercial building environment
  • Industry relevant certifications
