The Role
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team in our Flagship QVB Boutique in Sydney A key component of this role is leading the store team in Styling initiatives and driving sales through the fostering of client relationships. We are looking for someone who has experience developing and maintaining a client list and is able to share this expertise with their team. This role is for a retailer who is truly passionate about progressing their career with Oroton - our people and product are at the heart of what we do.

This role is a permanent full-time position working a Sunday-Thursday roster and will need availability to work Thursday late night trade.

You'll excel in this role if you have:

1. Leading and inspiring: You'll be coaching a dynamic team to become brand ambassadors, enhancing our strong and supportive culture.
2. Client Engagement: Provide tailored, 1:1 service to clients, assisting them with product selection, styling advice, and creating a unique and memorable shopping experience.
3. Expert Product Knowledge: Become a product knowledge expert across our premium Ready-to-Wear and accessories products, ensuring you can offer insightful and tailored styling recommendations to your clients.
4. Driving Sales: Actively contribute to sales targets through the development of new and maintenance of existing client relationships and the continued identification of opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
5. Store Presentation: Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of impeccable displays and visual merchandising in line with Oroton standards.
6. Strategising and collaborating: Work with your Boutique Manager as well as with Regional, State, and National management to develop store-specific strategies and initiatives.

What you'll bring to Oroton

1. A proven track record of leading a retail team, hitting the bulls-eye on KPIs, and smashing store targets.
2. High attention to detail and proven clienteling experience.
3. An attitude that thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
4. A keen eye for styling and a love for luxury products.
5. Experience in supporting retail recruitment, strong people/performance management, and training. You know how to find the gems and polish them to shine.
6. A knack for delivering promotional and visual merchandising initiatives that draw the crowd and turn heads.
7. A positive attitude that keeps the team inspired and excited every day. You make work fun and invigorating
