We are currently seeking passionate educators to work in the OSHC program in a specialist school setting. If you have experience in early childhood, OSHC, and/or disability support sectors and are passionate about making a difference, this role is for you.

About Your New Role
  • Deliver child-focused programs for school-aged children in a specialist school setting.
  • Maintain a high staff-to-student ratio to meet individual needs.
  • Receive extensive training, onboarding, and ongoing support.
  • Support the development and delivery of child-focused programs using industry-leading planning tools.
  • Deliver engaging programs that encourage children to explore, learn, and play.
  • Join a passionate team working towards common outcomes.
  • Ongoing casual roles available.
Responsibilities
  • Create remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
  • Assist the service manager with preparation and delivery of activities.
  • Support food preparation and activity setup/pack-up.
  • Supervise children ensuring their safety within the program.
  • Be caring, open, and engaged to help deliver the best day ever for children.
Requirements
  • Experience and confidence in disability support and childcare sectors.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Alignment with TheirCare values: Caring, Open, Engaged.
  • Valid Employee Working with Children's Check in Victoria.
  • Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training).
