As a Scrum Master, you will enhance our agile practices, streamline processes, and lead high-performing teams to deliver quality results.
Responsibilities- Enforce Agile discipline and facilitate ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive Agile maturity at product and platform levels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage the implementation of changes, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and understand dependencies and deliverables.
- Identify and resolve potential roadblocks, champion Scrum practices and Agile principles.
- Analyze team performance metrics like burn-down charts and velocity trends to optimize delivery.
- Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile frameworks.
- Experience leading Agile teams in regulated industries such as Finance, Healthcare, Government, or Technology.
- Proficiency with Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
- Understanding of SDLC, microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent preferred.
