The role

As a Seasonal Retail Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience during the seasonal Christmas period. Your tasks include ensuring customer satisfaction through product knowledge, customer service, and offering solutions. You will also maintain a neat and organized shopfloor, set up for promotions and sales, and keep stock levels optimal.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing a superior customer experience.
  • Ensuring the store is open and ready for shoppers.
  • Managing stock movement, sales optimization, and store setup for promotions.
  • Maintaining high standards of store presentation.
  • Demonstrating product knowledge and describing features and benefits.
  • Assisting customers in locating products based on their needs.
  • Supporting store leadership with assigned tasks.
  • Reporting safety hazards immediately.

  • Previous customer-service experience is desirable.
  • Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
