We're looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join the JB Hi-Fi team. Recruitment for these roles will begin in August, with start dates ranging from September to October depending on store needs and candidate availability.

As a Christmas Casual, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a high-performance culture and ensure our customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores.

• Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back of house.
• Provide a high level of customer service including pre, during and post the sale.
• Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
• Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.

Please note that our Christmas Casual Team Members must have availability to work the peak period (ranging from September/October 2025 to the start of February You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.

• You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
• Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated.
• Customer focused and results driven.
• You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
