About The Role

We are seeking experienced, trade-qualified Boilermakers for a permanent position within our growing workshop. You'll work on a diverse range of heavy fabrication projects for mining, construction, and infrastructure, using advanced welding techniques and precision fabrication skills.

This role suits a team-oriented professional who can collaborate effectively with others while also delivering quality work independently. You will be expected to contribute to a positive, safety-focused workplace culture, support colleagues to meet project deadlines, and maintain high standards of workmanship across all tasks.

Skills & Experience

• Australian-recognised Trade Certificate in Boilermaking or Metal Fabrication.
• 5+ years' post-trade heavy fabrication and welding experience in mining, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Advanced welding skills in MIG, TIG, Stick, and flux-core to AS/NZS standards.
• Proven ability to work with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium in both heavy-gauge and precision applications.
• Strong track record in reading, interpreting, and fabricating from complex engineering drawings with minimal supervision.
• Expertise in fabrication, plate work, heavy structural assemblies, and CNC applications.
• Commitment to safety leadership, hazard identification, and compliance with SWMS, JSA, and company safety procedures.
• Current NSW White Card, Driver's Licence,
• Proficient in overhead pendant crane operation.
• Desirable: Working at Heights, and Confined Space tickets, Dogman/Rigger, forklift, and EWP tickets.
