This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Engineer or a young Project Manager eager to take the next step in their career and gain experience in full civil construction project management. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from pricing and planning to execution and completion, while ensuring we meet our deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the subdivision project.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver results.
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control procedures are implemented.
- Report on project progress to senior management and clients.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience in civil construction, preferably in subdivision work.
- Prior experience as a Senior Site Engineer or Junior Project Manager looking to step up.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, with a focus on cost, time, and quality.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
