**Position: Landscape Leading Hand**

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Leading Hand to oversee a small team in the execution of our landscaping projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing materials and equipment, managing daily operations, and ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a small team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Organize and coordinate the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
  • Oversee day to day activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to specification.
  • Report any issues or concerns to management promptly to facilitate swift resolution.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver high-quality landscaping projects that reflect the company's commitment to excellence.

Pay: $49,900.00 – $105,746.39 per year
